<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component joining apparatus, an electronic unit, and an electronic apparatus which suppress the complication of circuits, reduce the electric resistance to suppress the heat value, and efficiently radiate heat. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic component joining apparatus has: an electronic component joining part joined to an electronic component having multiple terminals; a circuit board joining part joined with a circuit board and electrically joining at least one terminal with the circuit board; and a conductive part electrically joining the exterior part other than the circuit board with the at least one terminal. This structure shortens a current path between the electronic component and an external device, suppresses the heating value to prevent the damage of the apparatus.
