PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a multi-color drawing solar cell is provided to solve inconvenience which successively evaporates a plurality of anti-reflective layers by etching different portions of the plurality of anti-reflective layers according to a corresponding color of a drawing design. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric transformation layer(111) is formed on a substrate. An anti-reflective layer(116) is formed on the photoelectric transformation layer according to a background color of a drawing design. The anti-reflective layer comprises a silicon nitride or a silicon oxide. A first portion of the anti-reflective layer is etched to a first thickness according to a first color of a first pattern of the drawing design. A second portion of the anti-reflective layer is etched to a second thickness according to a second color of a second pattern of the drawing design. |
