PURPOSE: A method for providing a multimedia content sharing service during the performance of a communication service and a system thereof are provided to enable every service user to conveniently use multimedia contents at the same time during the performance of various communication services. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing server(131) receives a request signal for sharing multimedia contents with a second terminal from a first terminal during the performance of a communication service. The signal processing server forms a session for transmitting the multimedia contents between the first and the second terminals according to the request signal. A multimedia content relay server(132a) receives multimedia content data corresponding to the multimedia contents.
