<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a rolling bearing capable of enduring use in a state where external pressure imposed on a seal member is high, and having high sealing performance; and a throttle valve device and an ABS device including the same. <P>SOLUTION: A metal core 11 is formed with a bent portion 20 extending along a groove surface 19a of the outer peripheral side of a V-shaped groove 19 and an inner peripheral portion 21 which extends in a radial direction beyond a bottom ridge line 19c of the V-shaped groove 19 from an inner peripheral side end of the bent portion 20, and a space in the radial direction is formed in a region between an end of the inner peripheral portion 21 and an outer peripheral surface 2a of an inner ring 2, whereby the rigidity of each inner peripheral portion 15 of sealing members 8, 9 is ensured, and riding-up of a lip portion 14 due to external pressure can be effectively prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
