<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding resin composition which is excellent in pattern formation, has a light shielding property at thin film thickness and a dielectric constant conforming to a standard, and is used in a resin composition for a black matrix for forming a contact hole necessary for arranging a color filter at an array substrate side in order to enhance a numerical aperture in a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: The array substrate includes pixel electrodes covered by colored pixels of respective multiple colors, a thin film transistor for driving a liquid crystal and the black matrix arranged while covering the thin film transistor. In the array substrate, the light-shielding resin composition, for forming the black matrix provided with a contact hole for connecting the pixel electrode and a drain electrode, contains a C.I.Pigment Red 254 red pigment and a C.I.Pigment Blue 15:3 blue pigment as a shielding component, and methyl hydroquinone as a polymerization inhibitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
