<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a constant toner supply amount even when a toner remaining amount is low with a simple and low-cost constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A power storing container comprises: a toner storing part 20b that internally has a space spirally separated by a dividing wall 20a, is rotatably supported by an apparatus body, and stores toner used for forming an image in the space; and a feed opening 20d that is communicated with a cylindrical part 20c being a central part of a winding direction of the spiral space and feeds the powder from the storing means to an outside.
