<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electric pump that achieves improved motor and pump efficiency while including an axial gap type motor. <P>SOLUTION: The electric pump includes: a rotor 10; a stator arranged in the axial direction of a rotary shaft J oppositely to the rotor 10; an impeller 20 fixed to the rotor 10; and a housing storing the impeller 20, the rotor 10, and the stator therein. The rotor 10 has: a rotor yoke 11 fixed to a shaft 30; and each rotor magnet 12 arranged on the surface, on the side opposite to the stator 40, of the rotor yoke 11. The rotor yoke 11 is integrally molded with the impeller 20 by insert molding. A resin constituting the impeller 20 is connected to a resin 23, filled between the adjacent rotor magnets 12, via each communication hole 13 formed in the rotor yoke 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
