BASE PLATE INSTALLATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a risk of deformation of a washer while ensuring the easiness of assembly with a double washer.

SOLUTION: The double washer includes: a master washer 3 having a flange part at the upper end of a skirt part which is inserted in an anchor bolt through-hole 1a formed in a base plate 1; and a slave washer 4 comprising a skirt part which is inserted in the through-hole formed in an eccentric position of the master washer, and a flange part at the upper end of the skirt part, and comprising an anchor bolt insertion hole formed in an eccentric position of the same. In a base plate installation structure and a construction method of the same, the double washer is used and unification is made by filling an incompressible filler between the lower end faces of both skirt parts and an installation face on which the base plate is installed to aim at avoiding the generation of imbalance stress by the double washer.
