<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head capable of more stably suppressing pressure fluctuation in a flow passage in the liquid injection head, and a liquid injection device. <P>SOLUTION: An ink introduction passage 25 includes: a lateral passage 35 extending in a direction orthogonal to a vertical direction; and a pressure relief chamber 26 formed at a vertical upper side from the lateral passage. Gas in the ink introduction passage is introduced to the pressure relief chamber, and pressure fluctuation in the ink introduction passage is alleviated by the elastic deformation of the introduced gas.
