<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing complexes that contain a complexing agent and a useful complexant, in which the method omits one or more of the steps from the conventionally well-known production and/or purification method for producing such complexes. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing at least one inclusion complex comprising a useful complexant and cyclodextrin comprises the steps of: (a) producing the cyclodextrin; and (b) mixing the cyclodextrin with the useful complexant, wherein the method is conducted without purifying the cyclodextrin.
