<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery apparatus that easily and rapidly determines failure of vaporization of working fluid in a superheater to execute a proper improvement processing corresponding to the detected failure. <P>SOLUTION: A waste heat recovery system 1 includes: a first failure determination device that determines the failure of vaporization of the working fluid in the superheater 8, on the basis of a recovery heating value and a surface heat release of the system and an exhaust gas heating value of an engine 50; a first improvement processing execution device that executes processing for improving the failure of vaporization of the working fluid in the superheater 8, when the first failure determination device determines that the vaporization is failure; and a second failure determination device that determines the failure of vaporization of the working fluid in the superheater 8, on the basis of the recovery heating value and the surface heat release of the system and the exhaust gas heating value of the engine 50 after the first improvement processing execution device executes the processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
