摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensible heat recovery device for hot-rolled coil capable of easily separating the heater of a Stirling engine from a heat transfer member even when a hot-rolled coil is cooled and contracted upon the recovery of sensible heat of the hot-rolled coil as the heat source of the Stirling engine. <P>SOLUTION: The sensible heat recovery device 10 includes the cylindrical heat transfer member 31 which is inserted into the hollow part C2 of the hot-rolled coil C and comes into contact with the inner circumferential surface C1 and the Sterling engine 12 provided with a columnar heater 15 which is inserted into the heat transfer member 31 and comes into contact with the heat transfer member 31, wherein a plurality of first protrusion teeth extended in the center axial direction of the heat transfer member 31 are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the heat transfer member 31 and a plurality of second protrusion teeth which are loosely fit between the first protrusion teeth are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the heater 15. The second protrusion teeth are transferred in the circumferential direction between the first protrusion teeth to make the side surfaces of the first protrusion teeth be brought into contact with the side surfaces of the second protrusion teeth and, thereby, the sensible heat of the hot-rolled coil C is recovered via a contact surface between the first protrusion teeth and the second protrusion teeth. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
