<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect-repelling body which is inexpensive and easily-usable and can be used conveniently in outdoor activities or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This insect-repelling body formed by attaching an insect-repelling component dispersibly onto a base fabric 2 mountable on a body has a form of a stole, a scarf, a neckerchief or further a wristband, disperses the insect-repelling component in the periphery by being used in the mounted state on the body, and achieves an effect for preventing small insects such as a mosquito from approaching the periphery of the mounted person.
