<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root vegetable grater allowing grating in a long state in a fiber direction of a root vegetable, and also allowing a change of fineness of the grain of the root vegetable. <P>SOLUTION: This root vegetable grater includes: a feed screw unit 2 comprising a feed male screw 2-1 installed to a handle 1 and an upper panel 2-3 having a feed female screw 2-2 in the center; an outer frame 3 wherein a receiving tray 3-1 and the upper plate 2-3 are connected by guides 3-2; a turntable 4 eccentrically installed with a universal joint 4-1, and fixed to the lower end of the feed male screw 2-1; and a driven unit 5 to which a fixed plate 5-2 is fixed at a certain interval by connection members 5-3, and which is penetrated by the guides 3-2; and a grater unit 6 wherein a disk 6-1 having grating teeth in the bottom face is fixed to the other end of a connection member 6-2 having one end connected to the universal joint 4-1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
