<p>Provided is a destination floor registration device for an elevator, which achieves an improvement in recognition rate without causing complicated trouble for the setting of a destination floor vocabulary dictionary. To this end, a call registration device for an elevator receives an input of voice of a user by a voice input unit and performs call registration by voice recognition, said call registration device being provided with: a storage unit which stores a destination floor vocabulary dictionary in which a plurality of pieces of voice data relating to destination floor vocabularies are registered; an elevator information acquisition unit which acquires, from the elevator, the elevator states of respective floors to which elevator service can be offered/cannot be offered; a dictionary automatic setting unit which, on the basis of the elevator states, sets whether or not each destination floor vocabulary in the destination floor vocabulary dictionary is used for the voice recognition; a voice recognition unit which determines whether or not input voice matches the voice data relating to the destination floor vocabulary set to be used for the voice recognition in the destination floor vocabulary dictionary, and performs the voice recognition; and a destination floor registration unit which, when the input voice matches the voice data relating to the destination floor vocabulary, outputs a call registration request to the destination floor represented by the matched destination floor vocabulary.</p> |
