PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of an opening and closing member is provided to fix the opening and closing position of an opening and closing member by installing a small gas spring in a narrow space. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device(20) of an opening and closing member comprises lower and upper retention supports(28,33), and gas springs(34). The lower retention supports are installed on the inner surfaces of an opening(23) of a main body cabinet(16). The upper retention supports are fixed to the inner surfaces(29) of opening and closing hinges(17) of an opening and closing panel(18). The bottom ends of the gas springs are supported to the lower retention supports, and the top ends thereof are supported to the upper retention supports.
