<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain complexity of a lamp structure low, while making processing and manufacturing simple, since there is no need to prepare any wind entering hole or wind discharge hole on a housing. <P>SOLUTION: An assembly port 11 is arranged on one end of the housing 1, an electrical connection member 12 is arranged on the other end of the housing 1, and an inner peripheral wall where the housing 1 is adjacent to the assembly port 11 is made of a wind leading wall 13. A base 21 is included in a radiator 2, the base 21 is combined with the assembly port 11 of the housing 1, and at least one partition plate 22 is arranged on the base 21. An air flow passage 221 is formed on the radiator by means of the partition plates 22, and a first wind leading port C1 is formed between the partition plates 22 and the wind leading wall 13 of the housing 1, and a second wind leading port C2 is formed between the air flow passage 221 and the wind leading wall 13 of the housing 1.
