<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for individually and intermittently manufacturing a blade member made of a polyurethane resin, the blade member being used for an electrophotographic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the blade member includes: a molding drum formed with at least one molding groove; and an endless belt abutted on the same. Here, the molding groove has a size and a shape of the blade member formed by molding and is arranged parallel or at right angle to the rotating direction of the molding drum. A polyurethane resin raw material of an amount corresponding to the blade member is intermittently discharged on the endless belt, the raw material is sandwiched by the molding groove and the endless belt in accordance with rotation of the molding drum, heat-cured there to be the blade member, and taken out at a demolding position of the blade member by a demolding means while the molding drum rotates. The discharging of the polyurethane resin raw material and the demolding of the blade member are performed by detecting a position of the molding groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
