<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball coating system using magnetic levitation. <P>SOLUTION: The golf ball 120 has a magnetic material interacting with magnetic field generated by a magnetic source inside of a platform 108. The golf ball 120 floats upwards of the platform 108 by interaction between the magnetic field and the golf ball 120. The golf ball 120 and the platform 108 are conveyed inside of the coating system by using a conveyor device. Then, the coating material is sprayed to the floating golf ball 120. Even and uniform coating can be applied to the golf ball 120 by spraying the floating golf ball 120. In addition, the system supports even and uniform application of sprayed coating material to the golf ball by spinning i.e. rotating the golf ball 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
