<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a kit relatively higher in sensitivity, specific to H5 virus, and used for detecting the H5 virus. <P>SOLUTION: The detection kit uses two kinds of especially designed primers A and B for replicating H5 virus, and a specific trapping probe for immobilizing an amplified virus RNA.
