WRONG SALARY PAYMENT DETECTION SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect wrong payment of salary with high precision by a wrong salary payment detection system.

SOLUTION: A wrong salary payment detection program includes: acquiring personnel event information applied to a detection object person in a detection object month; acquiring personnel event increase/decrease information representing an increase/decrease direction of the amount of money paid for a salary item corresponding to the acquired personnel event information using an increase/decrease table in which the increase/decrease direction of the amount of money paid of the salary item is made to correspond to the personnel event information; acquiring salary detail information of the detection object month of the detection object person and salary detail information of the last month of the detection object month from a salary information database; acquiring salary detail increase/decrease information representing the increase/decrease direction of the amount of money paid from the last month to the detection object month as to the salary item corresponding to the personnel event information by comparing the acquired salary detail information of the detection object month with the salary detail information of the last month; and comparing the increase/decrease direction of the personnel event increase/decrease information with the increase/decrease direction of the salary detail increase/decrease information and outputting notice information when the increase/decrease directions do not match each other.
