<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hydrocracked oil, which can process a solid generated along with hydrocracking of a heavy oil to be in an efficiently utilizable form, and generates less waste. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the hydrocracked oil includes (a) a process for hydrocracking the heavy oil in a slurry bed reactor in the presence of an iron-based catalyst, (b) a process for separating the reaction product obtained by the process (a) into solid and liquid to obtain the solid that contains the iron-based catalyst, (c) a process for supplying the solid and a first gas that contains water vapor and a molecular oxygen to a first reactor to contact the solid with the first gas, and (d) a process for supplying the solid processed in the process (c) and a second gas that contains water vapor to a second reactor to contact the solid processed in the process (c) with the second gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
