<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a wall surface of an upstream liquid introducing portion of a fluid resistance portion is formed by a thin wall part, so a structure compliance is large and liquid ejection characteristics are unstable. <P>SOLUTION: A drive piezoelectric pole 12A that displaces a vibration area 2a of a vibration plate member 2 extends to a position opposed to the liquid introducing portion 8 through the fluid resistance portion 7 in a longitudinal direction of a liquid chamber. The thin wall part 2d of the vibration plate member 2 forming a wall surface of the liquid introducing portion 8 is divided into two thin wall regions 2d1, 2d2 by a thick wall part 2f formed along a direction (a liquid chamber longitudinal direction) perpendicular to a direction where each individual liquid chamber is arranged, the liquid chamber being provided to be opposed to a surface on which the liquid introducing portion 8 is provided in a plan view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
