<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door mirror for an automobile for making a side object detection symbols of the ISO standard uniformly shine by using two LEDs. <P>SOLUTION: This door mirror for the automobile can achieve uniform shining of the side object detection symbols S by using the two LEDs 41 and 42, by: making the optical axis L1 of the first LED 41 intersect a host automobile display part 10, and making the optical axis L2 of the second LED 42 intersect the other automobile display part 20, regarding the arrangement relationship between the side object detection symbols S, and the first and second LEDs 41 and 42; arranging a light diffusing part 80 between the side object detection symbols S and the first and second LEDs 41 and 42.
