<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid epoxy resin composition which has excellent storage characteristics by preventing the migration of a cured liquid epoxy resin composition and suppressing the thickening of the liquid epoxy resin composition during storage thereof and has excellent migration resistance and high reliability after curing. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid epoxy resin composition includes (A) a liquid epoxy resin containing an aminophenol-type epoxy resin, (B) an acid anhydride curing agent, and (C) an imidazole compound, wherein component (A) contains 5 to 90 pts.wt. of the aminophenol-type epoxy resin based on 100 pts.wt. of the epoxy resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
