摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connection structure of an inkjet head which can be reliably electrically connected even when a support member is obliquely inserted. <P>SOLUTION: The electrical connection structure of the inkjet head includes: a liquid ejection port 12 for ejecting liquid; a pressure chamber formation substrate 18 for constituting a pressure chamber 16 communicating with the liquid ejection port 12; and an energy generating element 22 provided opposite to the liquid ejection port 12 of the pressure chamber formation substrate 18. A concave structure 82 is provided on the energy generating element 22 side of the pressure chamber formation substrate 18. A substrate wiring 48 and a flexible substrate 60 are abutted and electrically connected, one end of the substrate wiring being connected to the energy generating element 22 and the other end being located in the concave structure 82, the flexible substrate being adhered to the support member 62 and having a pattern of a support member wiring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
