<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder type coating injector capable of injecting thermosetting coating for a long period of time at a practical injection speed in an in-mold coating forming method without generating solidified matter deriving from the thermosetting coating in a wear ring and a cylinder inner circumferential surface even when the injection of the thermosetting coating is repeatedly performed. <P>SOLUTION: This cylinder type coating injector used as a supply source of thermosetting coating in an in-mold coating forming method includes a cylinder, a piston incorporated inside the cylinder, and a cylinder space surrounded by a front surface of the piston and an inner surface of the cylinder, wherein a wear ring or a seal is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the piston. The cylinder type coating injector is provided with a means for reducing frictional resistance of an outer circumferential surface of the wear ring or the seal and the cylinder inner surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
