<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closure keeping device capable of improving mounting/demounting working efficiency and of securing airtightness and cut-off performance in a closure keeping state, and to provide a fixture. <P>SOLUTION: A restricting member 20A is simply mounted through the indoor side of an inward-opening window 1 on an upper frame 3 to restrict the opening movement of a sash 10, and the restricting member 20A is simply demounted from the indoor side to cancel the restriction of the sash 10. Thus, both work for mounting the restricting member 20A through the indoor side of the inward-opening window 1 and work for demounting it therefrom can be performed to greatly improve working efficiency. Besides, the restricting member 20A is mounted thereon without striding over an airtightness line, to prevent damage to an airtightness member 3A, and the airtightness member 3A and a face bar aspect face part 112 are made to reliably abut each other to secure airtightness and cut-off performance in the closure keeping state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
