<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Ga alloy material and method for manufacturing the same, which can easily perform working despite high Ga concentration. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a Cu-Ga alloy material includes: a melt casting step in which copper (Cu) and gallium (Ga) are dissolved to cast the Cu-Ga alloy material; a temperature raising step of raising the temperature of the Cu-Ga alloy material obtained by the melt casting step to a temperature just under a phase transformation temperature; a temperature maintaining step of maintaining the temperature of the Cu-Ga alloy material in which the temperature raising step is performed from the raised temperature to within a predetermined temperature range for a predetermined time; and a cooling step of cooling the Cu-Ga alloy material in which the temperature maintaining step is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
