<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garage-use building unit for reducing the waste of parking space. <P>SOLUTION: A garage-use building unit comprises a plurality of upper beams 3A and 3B in which four corners are joined, columns 4A provided, respectively, in first and second corners disposed side by side among the four corners joined, a short column 4B provided in a third corner, a column 4A provided in a fourth corner, intermediate columns 4C provided between the first corner and the third corner and between the second corner and the fourth corner, a lower beam 5C connecting lower ends of the columns and the intermediate columns, and intermediate beams 6A and 6B connected, respectively, to a lower end of the short column and an intermediate position between the column adjacent to the short column and the intermediate columns. A habitable room portion 13 is formed from the space of the two columns, the two intermediate columns, and a part of the lower beam and the upper beams, a storage 12 lower than a standard building unit is formed from a part of a ceiling beam, upper parts of the intermediate columns, upper parts of the columns and the short column while being overhung from an upper portion of a habitable room, and a garage space 11 of which the two side faces are open is formed from the space below the storage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
