Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method, user equipment, server, and device for sharing information. The method for sharing information comprises: receiving shared information of another user and location information corresponding to the shared information, the location information indicates the location where the shared information is displayed on a desktop of a device of the other user; and displaying the shared information on the basis of the location information. The embodiments of the present invention allow for real-time sharing of information or desktop between two or more user equipment, thus allowing the user of the user equipment to follow in real-time the movements of the user of the other user equipment and to acquire the information on the shared desktop.
