PURPOSE: A graphene sheet, a transparent electrode including the same, an active layer, a display device, an electric element, a photo-electric device, a battery, a solar cell, and a dye-sensitized solar cell are provided to feed a large sized graphene sheet on a target substrate without a transferring process. CONSTITUTION: A graphene sheet(100) includes a lower sheet(101) and ridges(102). The lower sheet includes 1 to 20 layers of graphene. The ridges are formed on the lower sheet and include 3 to 50 layers of the graphene. The ridges are the grain boundary shape of metals. The metals are Ni, Co, Fe, Pt, Au, Al, Cr, Cu, Mg, Mn, Mo, Rh, Si, Ta, Ti, W, U, V, Zr, Zn, Sr. Y, Nb, Tc, Ru, Pd, Ag, Cd, In, Re, Os, Ir, Pb, or the combination of the same.
