<p>Disclosed is a low-carbon steel sheet which is a clad steel sheet comprising: a center layer, in terms of sheet thickness, that has a ferrite mixture structure containing at most 1.0 mass% Si and including any one or more of a pearlite phase, a bainite phase, and a martensite phase; and surface layers each comprising a ferrite phase, as the only phase, that contains 3-5 mass% Si. The surface layers have an in-plane tensile stress of 70-160 MPa imposed thereon as an internal stress, and the low-carbon steel sheet therefore has excellent high-frequency characteristics and is inhibited from suffering an increase in iron loss caused by an external stress.</p> |
