PURPOSE: A compound is provided to provide a material for an organic electroluminescent device and an organic electroluminescent device with long life time by having excellent brightness and luminous efficiency, excellent color purity, and excellent high temperature stability. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, Ar1 is a C6-10 aromatic group, which is non-substituted or substituted by phenyl or naphthyl, Ar2 is a C6-10 monovalent aromatic group, which is non-substituted or substituted by phenyl or naphthyl, and Ar3 is a C6-16 divalent aromatic group, which is non-substituted or substituted by phnyl, and Ar4 is a C6-14 monovalent aromatic group which is non-substituted or substituted by naphthyl, phenyl, phenyl substituted by naphthyl, or biphenyl.
