<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging element which can obtain a wide dynamic range (WDR) of a stereo with one eye without a need of a complicated structure and a complicated signal processing and to provide a camera system. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging element includes: a pixel array section where a plurality of color pixels are arranged in a matrix in a first direction X and a second direction Y orthogonal to the first direction; and a multi-lens array in which multiple lenses injecting light over the plurality of color pixels are arranged. The respective color pixels of the pixel array section are installed in such a way that the color pixels adjacent at least in one direction are allocated to an L pixel and an R pixel of the stereo in the first direction and the second direction, and the multi-lens array is installed to inject the light over different color pixels where at least partial pixels are mutually adjacent in the first direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
