<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support system enabling a user having no expert knowledge to easily perform design of a network system in consideration of a connection order of slave devices and a port of a connection destination. <P>SOLUTION: A design support system comprises: storage means storing slave information data in which unique information of a slave device is described; acquisition means acquiring information of a port provided in the slave device from the slave information data; and generation means generating a port component which is a GUI component showing the port provided in the slave device based on the information of the port, generating a device component which is a GUI component showing the slave device based on the slave information data, and generating GUI for design support including a topology display screen displaying topology of a network system which is under design and is configured by including the device component and the port component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
