<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management apparatus that allows for quite easy power management in using a plurality of household electrical appliances including plug-in electric vehicles. <P>SOLUTION: A power management apparatus 60 is configured to set priorities in electricity supply to a battery 11 based on status of use of a vehicle 10. Specifically, the apparatus 60, when the vehicle 10 is more likely to be used regularly by a user, sets a higher priority to the vehicle 10 in electricity supply to all household electrical appliances including the vehicle 10. Contrarily, the apparatus 60, when the vehicle 10 is more likely to be used irregularly, sets a lower priority to the vehicle 10 in the electricity supply. Thus, the vehicle 10 is preferentially charged with battery when it is more likely to be used, and the other household electric appliances are preferentially supplied with electricity when the vehicle 10 is less likely to be used, which do not require priority-setting by a user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
