<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser improved in its condensing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This condenser 139 for exchanging heat between the air as a condensed fluid flowing inside and a condensing fluid flowing outside, includes: a resin common air tube 134; and a metallic condensing section 120. The common air tube 134 has a third air tube 134c through which the condensed fluid flows, and a fourth air tube 134d through which the condensed fluid flows. The condensing section 120 has a plurality of condenser tubes 135 which are disposed between the third air tube 134c and the fourth air tube 134d, and through which the condensed fluid flowing from the third air tube 134c to the fourth air tube 134d is circulated, a first tube plate disposed at an upper end side of the condenser tube 135, and a second tube plate disposed at a lower end side of the condenser tube 135. The first tube plate has a plurality of holes penetrating through the plate thickness direction.
