<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary constant-velocity universal joint that can suppress heat generation thereof to improve durability. <P>SOLUTION: The stationary constant-velocity universal joint includes: an outer ring 10 in which ball grooves 16 extended in the axial direction are formed at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction on the recessed spherical inner circumferential surface 14; an inner ring 20 in which ball grooves 26 extended in the axial direction are formed at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction on the projecting spherical outer circumferential surface 24; balls 30 each of which is incorporated between the ball groove 16 of the outer ring 10 and the ball groove 26 of the inner ring 20 which form a pair; and a cage 40 which is interposed between the inner circumferential surface 14 of the outer ring 10 and the outer circumferential surface 24 of the inner ring 20 and retains the balls 30, wherein the center O1 of the ball groove 16 of the outer ring 10 and the center O2 of the ball groove 26 of the inner ring 20 are located in the same axial direction as the angular center O of the joint, and the ball groove 16 of the outer ring 10 and the ball groove 26 of the inner ring 20 which form a pair intersect each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
