<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle monitoring system which can reduce power consumption of an on-vehicle battery. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle monitoring system comprises: a monitoring system on-vehicle device (1) including a camera (11) for monitoring surroundings which photographs surroundings, a recording start switch (13) which starts recording of an image photographed by the camera for monitoring surroundings, image processing means (12) which processes the image photographed by the camera for monitoring surroundings, radio transmitting means (14) which transmits the image processed by the image processing means to a preset connection destination by radio, and a system-off mechanism (15) which turns off power of the whole system if the radio transmitting means cannot create a link with radio receiving means; and a reception storing device (2) including the radio receiving means (21) which receives the image transmitted from the radio transmitting means by radio, and storing means (a personal computer 22) which stores the image received by the radio receiving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
