<p>PURPOSE: A substrate for an electrooptic device, an electrooptic device, an electrooptic manufacturing method, and an electronic device thereof are provided to electrically connect a first external connection terminal and a second external connection terminal by a short-circuit line. CONSTITUTION: A short circuit line(66) includes first to third portions. The first portion is extended from a first terminal toward another electrooptic device adjacent to one electrooptic device. The second portion is extended from a second terminal toward the adjacent electrooptic device. The third portion is connected to the first and second portions on the adjacent electrooptic device. The shore circuit line electrically connects the first terminal with the second terminal.</p> |
