<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film capable of expressing an inverse dispersion characteristic without necessity of complicated optical design. <P>SOLUTION: A retardation film 1 of the present invention has a multilayer structure including at least two layers. Each layer of the retardation film 1 is formed using the same kind of polymer material. In the retardation film 1, a value of in-plane retardation Re (550) at 550 nm measurement wavelength is equal to or above a value of in-plane retardation Re (450) at 450 nm measurement wavelength. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
