BENZOFURANONE DERIVATIVE AND APPLICATION OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antioxidant compounds capable of improving fluidity and color stability of plastics.

SOLUTION: The antioxidant compounds are synthesized or derived from benzofuranone compounds and benzoic acid compounds. The antioxidant compounds with remarkable heat resistance possess carbon-centered radical quencher and primary antioxidant synergism. The antioxidant compounds can be use as an additive for a polymer to enhance its stability of melt flow and color.
