<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated pipe material capable of suppressing inflow of sediment into a pipe body when placing the perforated pipe material, and dissolving clogging easily even when clogging occurs in a slit after installation. <P>SOLUTION: For a perforated pipe material 1, a plurality of thin and long rectangular slits 2 whose length direction is the long length direction of a pipe body 11 are formed on an outer periphery of the pipe body, and the inside and the outside are communicated.
