<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of upper and lower curved parts in the entire region of a pair of upper and lower peripheral edges of a curved face without setting slide structure. <P>SOLUTION: A connector 10 is formed by die-cutting a pair of front and back molding dies in a forward and backward direction. The connector 10 comprises: a housing 20; a lock arm 40 provided on an upper face of an inner cylinder part 21 displaceably in a vertical direction, and holding a mating housing and the housing 20 in a fitting condition; a coupling part 51 provided in parallel to the upper face of the inner cylinder part 21, coupling a side face of the lock arm 40 with a side face of a protection wall 23, and having a pair of front and back curved faces 57F and 57R; a front step part 54F communicated forward from an edge 58F of the front curved face 57F; and a back step part 54R communicated backward from an edge 58R of the back curved face. A pair of curved parts 59F and 59R facing in the forward and backward direction are provided in the entire region of both of upper and lower corner parts in parallel to the upper face of the inner cylinder part 21 of the curved faces 57F and 57R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
