<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary flow setups, and to improve performance of a communication system and a communication device. <P>SOLUTION: A control device which is connected to a node for transferring packets according to set transfer rules and a terminal for communication via a network and controls the node and the terminal comprises: packet detection means for detecting a response packet to a connection request packet transmitted by the terminal to another terminal; connection establishment determination means for determining whether a connection is established between the terminal and the other terminal according to the reception state of the response packet; and transfer rule setting means for setting transfer rules for the node on a route of the connection request packet and the response packet when the determination result of the connection establishment is successful. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
