A bubble-free coating material transferring unit used for an optical fiber coating machine (9), comprising a large storage tank (2) and a sealed small storage tank (17), the large storage tank (2) is in communication with the sealed small storage tank (17) via a pump (1) and pipe, the sealed small storage tank (17) is in communication with the optical fiber coating machine (9) via a control valve (8), the pipe at the outlet end of the pump (1) is connected serially with a photodetector (10) and connected sideways with a discharge control valve (12), the pipe at the inlet end of the pump (1) is connected serially with a feed photodetector (11); the large storage tank is correspondingly equipped with a controllable tilting base (18), and the controllable tilting base (18) is connected with a fixed hinged support on one side and connected with a top-retractable device (3) on the other side; the photodetector (10), the discharge control valve (12), the feed photodetector (11) and the top-retractable device (3) are connected respectively with a PLC control cabinet (4) to achieve bubble-free transfer of the optical fiber coating material and to avoid waste of raw materials.
