摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin film element and an image display device is provided to prevent the generation of bubbles between a supporting material and a first substrate by forming the first substrate on the supporting material with a coating method. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(21) is formed on a supporting material with a coating method. A second substrate(22) consisting of resin which is hardened with the radiation of heat or energy rays is formed on the first substrate. An active element is formed on the second substrate. The supporting material is separated from the first substrate. The separation strength of the supporting material is 1.0N/cm to 4.9N/cm. A glass transition temperature of resin material comprising the first substrate is greater than or equal to 180degrees.</p>
