PURPOSE: An electric water pump is provided to improve the radiating performance of a control board placed in a control block as the control board directly radiates the control block by a radiating member. CONSTITUTION: An electric water pump comprises an impeller case(100), a motor case(200), a control block cover(300), an impeller shaft(400), a stator(500), a rotary body(600), and a control board(700). A radiating member(130) is projected from an outer surface of the impeller case, and integrally formed. The motor case is fixed to a lower part of the impeller case to closely connect the lower part of the radiating member to a control block(210). The control block cover blocks an opening(211) of the control block. The lower part of the impeller shaft is fixed to the lower center of the motor case, and the upper part is projected to the inside of the impeller case. An impeller(610) is formed in the upper part of the rotary body, and placed in the impeller case. A rotor(620) is inserted into the rotary body. The control board rotates the rotor by forming a rotary magnetic field according electric signals.
