ACCESS PORT WITH INTEGRATED FLEXIBLE SLEEVE Abstract A surgical apparatus (10) for positioning within a tissue tract (105) accessing an underlying body cavity is adapted to tissues having different thicknesses. The surgical apparatus (10) includes an anchor member (120) and a flexible sleeve (110) integrated with the anchor member (120). The anchor member (120) defines at least one longitudinal port (130) for reception of a surgical instrument. The surgical apparatus (10) defines an adjustable length to accommodate tissues with different thicknesses.
